Le Foot Shipping Policy
TL;DR: We get your order out fast. Couriers do the rest.

Processing Time
We pack orders within 1–2 business days. Public holidays don’t count, we like our days off too.

Delivery Timeframes

  • Urban NZ: 1–3 business days after dispatch.

  • Rural NZ: Add 1–2 extra days, your courier’s got more driving to do.

Shipping Costs

  • Flat rate: $5.00 anywhere in NZ.

  • Free shipping: Orders over $50.

PO Boxes & Rural
We don’t deliver to PO Boxes. Rural addresses are welcome, just expect a little extra time.

Delays
Once your order’s with the courier, it’s out of our hands. If it hasn’t arrived within 5 working days of dispatch, give us a yell and we’ll chase it down.

Tracking
We’ll send you a tracking link as soon as your order’s on its way.
