What is the file made from?
Our file is made from toughened glass – more hygienic than metal rasps and much gentler on your skin. Think exfoliation, not excavation.
How do I use it?
Use on clean feet, either wet or dry. We personally prefer wet, it feels smoother and more spa-like but you’ll get the same satisfying results either way. Gently file the rough areas, no need to go full DIY sander mode. Regular light use beats aggressive one-off sessions every time.
How long does it last?
Your file could last for years with proper care, glass doesn’t wear out like traditional rasps. Just don’t drop it on tiles or use it to sand stuff aside from your skin, and it’ll keep working its magic.

What are the socks made from?
85% polyester, 15% elastane with a silicone heel lining. No moisturiser inside - just pure, snug, breathable comfort. Apply our foot stick before you put them on.
How do I use them?
Slip them over clean, dry feet after applying balm. Wear for at least 30 minutes or overnight if you’re serious about your heels.
How do I wash them?
Hand wash in cold water, air dry only. No dryers, please – we like our socks supple, not shrink-wrapped.
Can I use them without balm?
Yes, but pair them with our balm for maximum impact.
Do they fit everyone?
They’re soft and stretchy, designed to fit most women’s feet comfortably. If you’re above a UK women’s size 10, they might feel a bit snug – still wearable, but not ideal for full overnight comfort.

What is it?
A no-mess stick balm that hydrates, repairs and protects dry, cracked heels. Made in NZ. It’s very effective. (Ingredients list coming soon!)
How do I use it?
After a shower, swipe generously over your heels. Pop your socks on straight after to lock in the moisture and boost absorption. Then relax, or strut around like you’ve got the softest feet in town.
Can I use it daily?
Yes, especially during your 7-day cracked heel rescue plan. You’ll be back to baby feet in no time.
Will I see results fast?
Yes, many people notice a difference after the first application. But for deep cracks, give it the full week.

Where do you ship?
New Zealand only (for now – watch this space!).
How much is shipping?
$5 flat rate, free on orders over $50.
How long does delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Courier times vary but usually arrive within a few days depending on your location.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Once it’s in, it’s off to the warehouse elves. If you’ve made a mistake, email us right away and we’ll do our best – no promises though.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We’ve got you. Email us a photo, send it back, and we’ll refund or replace it.
