Le Foot Returns & Exchanges Policy

TL;DR: We’ll fix our mistakes. You pay for your change of heart.

Cracked heels? We can fix those. Buyer’s remorse? That’s a different story. Here’s the deal:

30 Days to Decide

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to request a return or exchange. After that, your feet will have to live with their choices.

Change of Mind

  • Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging — we can’t resell something that’s been on your feet (ew).

  • You’ll need to cover the return shipping. Think of it as a reminder to read the product description next time.

Faulty, Damaged or Wrong Item

  • If we’ve messed up or the product’s faulty, we’ll sort it — our cost, our responsibility.

  • Yes, that includes covering your return postage.

  • Exchanges are only offered for faulty products.

Proof of Purchase

We don’t need your entire life story. Just give us your name, email, and shipping address so we can find your order.

The No-Go List

We can’t accept returns for:

  • Any product that’s been opened or used (unless faulty).

  • Items past the 30-day mark.

Refunds

Refunds go back to your original payment method. No store credit traps. No fuss.
